How long does it take to get set up to do business with Healthcare Finance Direct,
LLC?
Typically 1 day, and a 30 minute conference call will have you up and running. We
have some documents for you to fill out and need to discuss them with you as you
do
Do you run my credit to set my business up?
No, we have no need to do that however we do need to get some information from you
in setting up your account.
Do you run credit reports on my patients or clients?
Yes, using our proprietary credit matrix and grade system we have developed a way
for you as a lender to evaluate credit and risk associated with extending credit.
Do you evaluate credit by credit score?
Our credit review is comprised of evaluating 9 factors and credit score is just
one of the factors. Our Electronic Lending Interface scores with an “A thru E” rating
and we recommend the down-payment structure based upon this rating. A is a lower
risk with E being the greatest risk.
Can I change the terms of the contract on behalf of my patient/client?
You set up the rules in advance of the transaction. We are happy to accommodate
within guidelines. Please refer to your Provider Relations Coordinator for clarification
on specific questions.
How much Interest do you charge?
Healthcare Finance Direct, LLC does not charge interest. Patients/clients only pay
a monthly servicing fee and a onetime enrollment fee. The system is designed to
help patients get the treatment they need even when they can not get the credit
they deserve.
Can I obtain a higher down payment than your recommendation?
Absolutely, in fact we encourage shorter terms, by the patient/client paying a higher
down payment their term is lessened, offsetting risk to the provider. You determine
your program with our guidance and if you ever want to change your program it is
simple, a phone call and or an email works in minutes.
How often do I get paid?
Funds are transferred to the provider, on the 10th and 25th of the month for payments
received prior to these dates.
Is my money safe?
Yes, all funds that come in on behalf of your patients/clients are deposited into
a Trust account for your protection then forwarded to you once items have cleared,
typically we pay providers on the 10th and the 25th of the month.
Can Healthcare Finance Direct perform services in all 50 States?
Yes, we can do business in all states, we can also do business in Puerto Rico.
What language(s) are your documents in?

How long does it take for my patient or client to be approved?
Credit evaluations are completed within 7 seconds from entering the application.
Down Payments are recommended and a payment program is set up. It is that easy and
quick.
Do you need Original Documents to finalize a transaction?
No, we ask for a faxed or scanned copy. We do ask you to keep the original in your
file for reference at a future date if needed.
Do you provide our office with forms and marketing information?
Yes, we will supply you with the necessary point of sale and patient/client brochures
to hand out to patients/clients interested in Healthcare Finance Directs’ patient
finance solution. We also offer a patient web portal allowing your patients access
to statements, up-dating their information, set notifications, receive text messages
when their payment is going to be run etc.
Will you train my staff how to use the Healthcare Finance Direct, LLC program?
Yes, we will train your staff and provide your office with ongoing support so you
can process transactions easily and smoothly gain access to the payment history
and generate your own reports from our system.
