I just wanted to let you know how things are going on our end since the implementation of your product.   It is absolutely amazing!!!  Although we have had an Internal Financing program for the past 10 years, we have never seen the results that we are seeing with Healthcare Finance Direct.   We have increased our monthly volume and have decreased our default rate; in fact we have not had any patients default since we started your program several months ago.  Which based on my past experience is a result of your matrix combined with your teams’ commitment to stay on top of every patient account to guarantee payments are collected.  No matter how many hours or how hard my team tried to manage these accounts we just weren’t as specialized in this area as the HFD team is.  These are incredible results and the best part is that while you do all the work, I just wait for the money to come in and apply the payments to the accounts.
